Lots of SGP plates are to be found in its surrounding countries, as vehicles are subject to strict annual tests, and if failed on the slightest thing, the vehicles are a good buy for developing islands etc. who don't impose such/any stringent checks. I have seen them in Samoa, Maldives and Vanuatu.
