Yes - it's a current Singaporean lorry series (G prefix). Lots of SGP plates are to be found in its surrounding countries, as vehicles are subject to strict annual tests, and if failed on the slightest thing, the vehicles are a good buy for developing islands etc. who don't impose such/any stringent checks. I have seen them in Samoa, Maldives and Vanuatu.
